Wells Can Company Ltd. is a provider of various containers, equipment and related supplies. These products are used in a variety of ways and processes that are beyond our control. We, therefore, do not warranty our products for any specific purpose. Any representations made regarding our products and their use is for generic descriptive purposes only.

It is always our customer’s responsibility to ensure product compatibility for their specific intended use. Always maintain proper recognized safety standards and adhere to all local regulations as appropriate. Wells Can Company Ltd.’s responsibility is limited only to the replacement cost of the products provided if proven to be defective.

Shipment of Goods

All orders are shipped FOB from our warehouse at Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada. Claims against the shipment of goods, for any reason, must be made by the receiver of goods and directly with the carrier designated. Wells Can Company Ltd. will not be liable for any damages whatsoever to product damaged during shipment.
