Warranty, Return and Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


All appliances and equipment sold by Wells Can are covered under and subject to their respective and applicable manufacturer’s exclusive warranties and time limitations.  We service and stock a wide variety of parts for most of what we sell and often handle warranty concerns quickly in house. Should it be required, we will facilitate any required support from the manufacturer on your behalf.

If the product is found to be defective within 30 days of purchase (proof of purchase required) it may, at our discretion, be exchanged or repaired upon receipt of the defective merchandise in our offices.

Returns and refunds

IMPORTANT CHANGE TO OUR RETURN POLICY: At this time during COVID-19 pandemic we will NOT be accepting any returns. All sales are final. We regret any inconvenience incurred and will return to normal after COVID-19 is over.

In order to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase, you have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. As well, your item must be in its’ original packaging and be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. Upon receipt as above, your refund will be applied to the original method of purchase.

Due to health and safety concerns and regulations, all sales are final for consumable items that are designed to come into contact with food products. This includes but is not limited to cans, jars, bottles, lids for any of these, and vacuum bags or rolls.


While we make every attempt to provide accurate and reasonable shipping transit days and expected time of arrival (ETA) all quotes and estimations are done on a best effort and best estimation basis. The purchaser assumes all responsibility for such shipments and deliveries thereof.

Returns for refund, repair or replacement may be made in person at our Burnaby, BC warehouse. If this is not possible, the product being returned must be delivered freight prepaid in either its’ original packaging or packaging affording an equal degree of protection. Items returned for other reasons may be subjected to a 25% restocking fee of total invoice value.

Wells Can Company does not assume any liability whatsoever for fines, penalties, loss of income, loss of use, expenses incurred due to misdirected shipments, late deliveries, missed appointments, or any other such circumstance.

***PLEASE NOTE*** Evidence of purchase under your individual or company name (sales receipt, invoice or packing slip) will be required on all items returned.
