All American Top Handle – Before 2009
Screws (x2) and handle sold together.
This is a machined top handle to replace old-style #76 top handle with metal brackets.
Installation instructions for Top Handle
- Install one screw into one side of the top handle by turning in only two threads. It is important not to turn in the screw more than one full 360 degree turn as it will not be possible to properly screw in the opposite side of the handle.
- Line up the other side (opposite side) of the top handle and turn the screw in 3 – 5 turns maximum. Do not over tighten screw.
- Now turn in the first screw completely. Do not over tighten.
- Turn the second screw in fully until completely snug. Do not over tighten.
- Use as per normal.
