Shipping Policy.

Shipping
F.O.B. our warehouse Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada.

Orders will ship ‘prepay and add’ F.O. B. shipping point. If there is a preferred carrier, please note this in the ‘comment’ area of the order. Claims for loss or damage in transit should be made immediately (within 30 days) and noted on the bill of lading. UPS will be used whenever possible and a small handling charge will be added to the invoice. We reserve the right to change common carrier at anytime that is most suited for your order.

Please note: it is our policy that all can sealer orders shipping to a residential address require matching billing and shipping addresses unless an order history has been established with Wells Can Company Limited. Any can sealer order placed with address mismatch, will not be processed.

What is an estimated shipping charge?

An estimated shipping charge is a combination of factors, including weight, dimension, quantity, destination and method of delivery.

Please note, this is an estimate. We charge our customers the shipping amount that carriers charge.

How to estimate your shipping costs:

Step 1.
Place an item into your cart and view your cart.

Step 2.
Scroll down to the cart subtotals area and click on “Calculate my shipping” OR “Change address”
Enter all the relevant shipping destination details
Click “Update” and your cart will update your cart totals

Step 3.
Select the desired shipping or pickup method for your order and proceed to checkout.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary greatly depending on weather, distance, carrier schedules and other geopolitical factors.
Under normal conditions, shipping can take 7 – 9 days to reach the east coast of Canada with remote areas taking longer.

Shipping to areas outside of Canada may take longer. Shipping to the USA usually takes 3 – 4 days longer.
The delivery time frame for all other international destinations could extend up to 9 weeks.
We do offer expedited / express shipping services which may incur additional costs.
